Dance Fit: Strengthening & Flexibility

  • Dance Fit is a 40-minute class where you'll be guided through workouts targeting your arms, abs, and legs. Essentially, you'll train like a dancer! The class concludes with a focus on stretching and cooling down the body.

  • Wednesdays 11:20-12:00

    Thursdays 6:40-7:20 PM

Adult Dance Class-Jazz, Hip Hop Jam, Lyrical, etc.

  • In this class, we will start with a warm-up and stretching session before diving into a choreographed dance routine. We’ll break down the dances and work on the choreography. We'll dedicate a few weeks to each dance, exploring a variety of styles ranging from jazz and lyrical to hip hop and beyond.
